Oast Conversion – Faversham

We were appointed to act as Off-Mains Consultants by a developer client in regards to a large Oast conversion into 5 properties.  Due to the site being inside an Environment Agency Source Protection Zone we needed to submit bespoke permit applications.

This was eventually approved by the EA and the client invited us to tender for the supply and installation of the Sewage Treatment Plants and associated drainage works which we subsequently were delighted to have been awarded.

We have just completed the works on time and on budget which included the supply and installation of 5 Klargester Biodisc systems and the associated drainage and electrical works.  The pictures show the Bioidsc systems in
place and the site left ready for final landscaping into the gardens for each new property.
